Pleace send us all your components, which belongs to your devices.

  • power supply (if available) add please.
  • Matching software, like operating system, drivers or other ones, if available, please add.
  • Pack the components please carefully. Moreover air cushion foil or similar material is suited. Put the components in a stable cardboard lay please.

  • After receipt your components you receive news by phone or e-mail.
  • You receive by e-mail or phone the costs for the repair.
  • If you agree and transfer the repair costs, the repair is carried out and your components are dispatched to you.
  • If you do not wish the repair, costs result for the mistake analysis and the dispatch.

    The power suply in our computer is gone broken. We have brought the computer then to the Computer-Rettungswagen and the engineers exchanged the power suply. I could take the pc the next day again. I call this sometimes quick, would take there my PC over and over again there.

After a short conversation with the engineers they advised me to bring the PC in the service centre. They said to me, they have to analyse the problem. The engineers called me after only one day and I could fetch the PC.
